Hey, I’m IDÁN.

I've always been captivated by people's stories, drawn to the power they hold. Studying these narratives, I came to realize two things: first, our stories shape our realities and guide our decisions. Second, our stories are interconnected.

My mission as a counselor and coach is to help you understand your stories about the past, about the world and about yourself. I support you in replacing any story that limits you and that you no longer need. Instead we craft stories filled with pride in who you are, your achievements, and your growth, so you can make headways on your path forwards.

professional development and profile

My passion for counseling began at 17 when I undertook intensive training as a counselor for a crisis intervention and suicide prevention hotline for LGBTIQA+ youth. Here I learned to navigate sensitive conversations, cultivate safe and non-judgmental spaces and provide support to those who seek it.

These early experiences instilled in me the profound impact a counselor can have, inspiring me to pursue this career path.

Working peer-to-peer with people of marginalised communities taught me a lot about resilience and resourcefulness.

As a communication graduate, I integrated my insights into my cultural and media work, advocating for human and civil rights.

To further empower individuals, I started offering workshops and trainings, helping participants explore their relationships with themselves and with others, share from the heart and grow.

During the pandemic, I helped foster connection and combat loneliness by creating an international online festival for queer men*.

While freelancing as a life coach for personal growth, building resilience and achieving fulfilment, I started working in social organisations as a psychosocial counselor.

I honed my skills through advanced training in trauma-sensitive, intersectional, and intercultural counseling. This holistic approach, including systemic and somatic techniques, allows me to empower clients on a deeper level.

My experience as a neurodiverse queer middle-eastern jewish migrant in Europe has informed my decision to co-found Diversity Factory Ltd., a social startup that provides consulting services for companies and organizations seeking guidance in the domains of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

One pillar of our work is offering counseling and coaching sessions to diverse employees, funded by their organisation to support the wellbeing of their staff.

I'm currently training to become a relationship therapist, which allows me to delve into the complexities of interpersonal dynamics and equip myself with the tools to help people navigate challenges effectively.
