As a coach, I provide accountability and support, so clients stay motivated every step of the way. This process involves profound self-reflection, which often leads results in self-discovery. Clients gain clarity and insight into their values, beliefs system, and strengths. We uncover and address life-areas that require improvement. Clients explore their deepest wishes, enhance their communication skills and learn to build confidence in their abilities and resources.

Psychological counselling

A Lighthouse in the storm

While a typical life coaching process is focused on achieving one’s goals, the focus of psychological counselling is on supporting clients in getting through a rough patch, crisis or hardship.

As a counsellor I provide my clients with guidance and support as we work to stabilize and improve their mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as activating their resources. In a safe and supportive environment, free of judgement, clients talk about anything that helps them experience relief, release stress and let go of negative feelings and thoughts. I guide them in zooming out of problems, reframing the situation and focusing on shifting the outcome into a positive.

My goal is to teach clients to weather a storm, succeeding in reaching the end of a difficult period without much harm or damage.

When the counselling process is completed, clients have developed a life-long strategy to deal with whatever life throws at them. Challenges big and small will become opportunities for growth. Together we navigate the stormy waters of life, come what may. read more.
